Programming training

We train NC programmers of TOS VARNSDORF machines in our own training centre and workshops. 

TOS VARNSDORF a.s. has a training centre for operating and programming machines with HEIDENHAIN iTNC530 and SIEMENS Sinumerik 840D systems. The classroom is equipped with four programming workstations that allow simulating the machine control panel. In addition, we offer our customers the opportunity to test their knowledge directly on the TOS VARNSDORF production machines as part of the training.

At the end of the training, each participant will receive a certificate of course completion. We will set the date of the training individually according to your needs.

Content of training:

  • system operating modes
  • screen description and display options
  • manual mode operation
  • positioning mode with manual inputs
  • machine and workpiece coordinate system
  • description and specification of the tool
  • using the tool table
  • tool path programming
  • cycles (boring, milling)
  • data transfer to PC
  • hard disk file management and archiving

The content of the training can be individually adjusted according to customer needs.

Training target group: NC programmers, technologists, NC machine operators.

Conditions: knowledge of milling.

We also provide operating and maintenance training for TOS VARNSDORF machines.
